It's never too soon to start your Christmas cards and here is my first Christmas blog post for this year . . .
I adore this cute reindeer image from the stamp set designed by Jane Gill, as part of the latest Woodware launch from Creative Expressions.
I coloured the stamped images using a few watercolours and some gel pens.
I couldn't resist using the Woodware fluffy stuff to add snow for a finishing touch. You pipe it on wet and heat it gently with a heat tool until it puffs up, giving dimension to the card.
The full list of items used, are as follows:
Woodware Clear Stamps - Reindeer Bells JGS524
Woodware White Fluffy Stuff WW2770
Creative Expressions Noble Collection Ornate Pierced Rectangles CED5502
Graphmaster Aquarel Watercolour Brush Markers - Pastel Set GRAPHAQUASETB
Creative Expressions Watercolour Card Pack 20 sheets CEWATER
Versafine Onyx Black Ink Pad VF-82
Cosmic Shimmer Glue 30ml CSGLUE
Sakura Gel Pens - assorted colours
This is so, so cute. Jane does some great stamps doesn't she. I liked the one of yours she showed on yesterday morning's show.
